Spring is at last starting to show up around here and I'm in the mood for it! I haven't gotten as far as sticking flowers in pots yet, but I did stick some flowers and strawberries and bunnies on this wool penny rug.
Of course, as soon as I put it on the coffee table to take a picture, my very helpful kitty had to come and inspect it. *sigh* So much for art.
What have you been up to this week? I'd love to have you join us! Please leave a comment and visit the other participants to spread around the oohs and aahs. Thanks for joining in!

Your project looks lovely. Did you monogram the decor on? I love the colors, almost as much as kitty :). thank you for hosting the party!

That rug is much too cute to be walked on (lol). I love the colors! What a fun finish for the week!
My cats do exactly the same thing when I try to photograph a quilt I've made. They also sprawl all over any sewing item I lay on the floor when I'm trying to cut out, pin or mark quilt lines. They are in seventh heaven when the quilt group meets here and we have show and tell. All those quilts laid out and only one body to take advantage of them!
What a precious rug!! I love the cheery colors and sweet strawberries! I would have trouble using it as a rug it is just too pretty!
